Q Tonic Lime Rickey
A cool, refreshing and downright sophisticated take on a lime rickey by Andrew Jaspersohn from Bar Lola in Portland, ME
- Muddle half a lime cut into quarters add a teaspoon of sugar in a large Collins glass.
- Add ice.
- Add a dash of angostura bitters
- Pour on a bottle of Q Tonic
Mariposa Kiss

Ingredients:
1 oz pomegranate juice
2 oz green tea (chilled). Decaf is ok.
Splash Lemon honey syrup: 1:2 ratio honey to water. Heat water. Stir in
honey to dissolve. Add a half ratio of fresh lemon juice to mixture and
chill.
1.5 oz Q Tonic
- In cocktail shaker, add all ingredients except for tonic.
- Add ice, shake well and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
- Top with 1.5 oz Q Tonic
- Garnish with lemon wedge
Malorie’s Mocktail

- Put some ice in a highball glass
- Add 2 oz cranberry juice cocktail
- Fill with Q Tonic
- Squeeze a lime quarter and add to drink
- Thank your mother
Tart Cherry Q

- Add a big splash of RW Knudsen Organic Just Tart Cherry juice
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
Dark and Fizzy

- Gently stir
- Add ice
